Design concepts are developed efficiently and presented to clients for feedback. Constant communication with the client is key, as it keeps the creative process open and collaborative. The design process can be constantly changing; therefore, our design team is evaluating each phase of construction. It is critical to keep the transparency during design phases so the client and design team can reach the finish line with ease.
Project Execution
EKR Construction uses the latest technologies to ensure the project has the highest level of detail and accuracy. Each project is managed so the lines of communication are open, and no detail goes unnoticed. Our team is on site almost daily and oversees all aspects of the project timelines. Our goal is to help our clients understand the process as well as continue to be excited about each phase of the project from the initial consultation to the day construction has ended.
Process Site Evaluation
At the beginning of a project, EKR Construction and our design team have an on-site consultation. During this time the team evaluates the scope of the project and analyzes the needs and wants of the client. EKR Construction then customizes each project with the client’s preferences in mind from start to finish.
Project Challenges
With so many years of experience and collecting information along the way, EKR Construction has the foresight to help identify many potential project challenges which may include permitting challenges, environmental challenges, easements, code compliance and HOA restrictions. Keeping this in mind, sometimes multiple site visits are required to ensure potential costly problems are mitigated.

EKR Construction and the design team work closely with the client to determine the overall vision for the space. The creative process is always collaborative and fluid. Open dialogue is critical to making the project successful. The design process includes 3D renderings, mood boards, project binders and floorplans. Clients are inspired and watch in amazement as their dream space is brought to life.
